A lot of people fall off the wagon when it comes to quitting smoking because they get bored. When they were smokers, every time they got bored, they would simply pull out a cigarette and smoke. For example, you can listen to your favorite music, go to the movies, watch a video, take a long drive – the options are endless.

There are many support groups out there for those who have quit smoking or who want to quit. There are online groups and offline groups. Search online to see if there are any local groups in your area that you can join. It helps to communicate with people with the same common goals.
